Rossi Legal has been serving South Australians since 1989, beginning with five solicitors based in central Adelaide, practising initially in the areas of commercial and personal injury law. We have since expanded and evolved into a medium sized firm, practising in most areas of the law, with an additional suburban office at Salisbury. There are a number of keys to our success.
Skill and Experience
Our lawyers are selected for their strong academic qualities, and for their extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas, so that you can receive the best legal advice and representation.
Coordinated Legal Service
Our lawyers practice across many areas of the law and are able to provide you with a full and coordinated legal service, whether you have a case involving more than one area of law, or if you need assistance with a number of separate matters.
We act for clients on all sides (Plaintiffs and Defendants, individuals and companies), which equips us to provide you with balanced advice about the strengths and risks in your particular case.
We provide comprehensive, but clear advice, to our clients, which avoids legal jargon and focuses on practical solutions to legal problems.
We have lawyers who act as counsel in various Courts and Tribunals, which allows us, in appropriate cases, to provide you with a more cost effective representation throughout your entire matter.
We have lawyers who have many years of practical experience in South Australian law, some of whom have specialist insight having previously worked in Government.
Service to the Profession and the Community
Our solicitors are members of the Law Society of South Australia, and a number of them are actively involved in the Society's work to contribute to the improvement of both Commonwealth and State laws, for the benefit of the community.
Our Principal, Anthony (Tony) Rossi, was the 2017 President of the Law Society of South Australia, having served on the Society's Executive and Full Council for several years. He continues as either chair or a member of a number of the committees and boards of the Society. At a national level he continues in the role of director of the Law Council of Australia.
