After graduating from Flinders University with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Laws, Arthur was admitted to practice in South Australia in 2000.
He then took up a position as Associate to the Honourable Justice John Perry of the Supreme Court of South Australia, before joining the Crown Solicitor’s Office in South Australia as a solicitor, where he remained for approximately eight years, practising predominantly in the area of civil litigation.
Arthur joined Rossi Legal in 2009 and still practises in the area of civil litigation with a focus on personal injury matters, including claims relating to workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability and Victims of Crime. However, Arthur’s practice is now more diverse, including court matters involving criminal law, industrial matters (such as unfair dismissal applications), and commercial and contractual disputes.
Arthur has experience as both solicitor and counsel in these areas and has appeared before the Supreme, District, Industrial and Magistrates Courts of South Australia.
Outside of the courtroom, Arthur also deals with wills and estates and the drafting of commercial documents.
Arthur’s strength is his ability to deal with matters which cover multiple areas of the law, whilst providing quality legal advice expressed in real terms which ordinary people can understand.
Arthur is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and serves as a member of its Criminal Law and Bulletin Committees.
